Giora Davidovits: CEO and President
Giora brings to Savicell 25 years of management experience at Fortune 500 companies, including Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Laboratories, and Rorer Consumer Pharmaceuticals, and research experience at Ortho Diagnostics. He was the founder and a Senior Partner of CorInsight LLC, a marketing, business development and technology transfer consultancy, and past CEO of ABC Diabetes, Inc. He has a BA in biochemistry from Brandeis University and an MBA from Cornell University. Giora introduced and successfully launched many products either in the role of marketing executive or consultant. His healthcare experience includes diabetes, cancer, cardiology, nephrology, podiatry, HIV, nutrition, and multiple OTC categories.

Fernando Patolsky: Principal Investigator and Inventor
Fernando Patolsky is an Associate Professor at Tel Aviv University. He earned his PhD in Chemistry at Hebrew University in Jerusalem and did postdoctoral research at Harvard University. Patolsky's work has been recognized with a number of awards including the Tel Aviv University Applied Sciences Award (2009), the Alon Fellowship award (2006) and the Schmidt Prize (2005). He published over 70 highly cited papers in peer-reviewed journals, and has more than 20 submitted patents. In addition, Patolsky is also the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Nanobiotechnology.

Yochai Adir MD, FCCP: Principal Investigator and clinical lead
Professor Yochai Adir is the Chair of the Israeli Institute for Lung Disease. He is the chief of the pulmonary division at Carmel hospital in Haifa, considered a leader in bronchoscopy in Israel. Professor Yochai Adir is on the medical faculty of the Technion Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel. He is the editor European Respiratory Review. Professor Yochai Adir has compiled extensive publications and research and has been treating lung disease for the past 25 years. Professor Adir completed his medical studies at the Technion and served as chief of the Naval Medical Institute for the Israeli Navy, reaching the rank of Lt. Colonel.

Eyal Davidovits: COO
Eyal brings to Savicell 20 years of marketing, finance, and operations executive experience at Intel, Marvell, and CorInsight. Eyal was a Senior Partner of CorInsight LLC, a marketing, business development and technology transfer consultancy, and founder of CorInsight's Israel office. His background includes assessments of strategic partnerships and joint ventures with Intel Capital, Intel Haifa computer mobility group operations, finance management at Intel USA, and the development of and responsibility for major Fortune 500 company accounts at CorInsight. He has BS in Manufacturing Engineering and Business Studies from Coventry University, UK.

Shafrira Shai: Executive Vice President of Research & Development
Dr. Shai brings to Savicell 20 years of management experience in the areas of advanced medical diagnostics, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. She gained extensive experience in R&D and medical diagnostic applications from invention to product commercialization of non-invasive medical diagnostic systems. She was the founder of BioShaf Ltd and served as CEO of several start-up companies. Dr. Shai holds D.Sc. degree from the Faculty of Medicine at the Technion, (the Israeli Institute of Technology). During her five years of Post Doctoral work at the two top Scientific Institutes in the UK (at NIMR-National Inst. for Medical Research London and at University College London),she gained R&D experience in cancer therapy. Her healthcare experience includes autoimmune diseases, vaccination to Malaria disease, infertility and ICH (ischemic cerebral hemorrhage).

Robbie Manis: Director of Finance (US)
Robbie Manis has over 20 years of experience within various aspects of the finance profession. As a chartered accountant, he has a strong accounting and taxation background. As well, Mr. Manis was previously employed by various investment banks specializing in an array of financing sub-specialties. In recent years, Mr. Manis has served as a senior business and investment analyst for a private merchant bank specializing in private equity investments and business development. He has a BA in Commerce from McGill University and was admitted as a certified public accountant to the Quebec order of chartered accountants

Peter Ucovic: Director of Finance (IL)
Peter brings to Savicell five years of finance and accounting experience at Ernst & Young. He has a B.A in economics and accounting from Haifa University. Peter has audited a wide range of companies both from the high-tech and Biotech sector. The majority of the companies were publicly traded companies in Israel, New York and London stock exchanges. Peter has a strong background in M&A and taxation.

Peter C. Gonze: Advisory Board
A seasoned health care executive, Peter has over 40 years of leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies, small and mid-cap enterprises as well as start-ups. In senior executive roles he has built businesses in nonprescription pharmaceuticals, diagnostics products, biotechnology with a focus in immunotherapeutic technologies, and clinical research organizations. These include president of Averion International CORP., an international clinical research organization (CRO), President of Advanced immune Therapeutics (AITRx) specializing in translational immunology, COO of Unither Pharmaceutical INC, (NASDAQ: UTHR) focused on antibody based oncology therapeutics, Divisional Vice President at Abbott Diagnostics (NYSE:ABT), V.P. Business Development at J&J and Rhone Poulenc Rorer. With extensive experience working with development stage companies, both publicly held and private. Peter has served in Board positions where he has taken an active role advising management teams on business strategies to maximize stakeholder value. Leading an international clinical research organization (CRO) supporting global clinical trials for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies. Peter has served in both executive and board roles with companies working in therapies ranging from oncology, cardiovascular, diabetes and medical diagnostics.

Yair Briman: Advisory Board
Mr. Briman is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of global leadership experience in the digital healthcare industry. From 2006 through 2019, Mr. Briman served in various senior executive roles at Philips Healthcare, including as Vice President & General Manager, Global Imaging Clinical Applications and most recently as CEO of Philips’ Healthcare Informatics division. In this role he oversaw global informatics operations including HIS (healthcare information systems), EMR (electronic medical records), PACS (picture archiving and communication systems), Advance Visualization, Oncology Informatics, and Cardiology Informatics. During his tenure at Philips, Yair was responsible for sales, marketing and distribution, R&D, service, oversaw the completion and integration of numerous acquisitions, managed global supply chains, and managed over 3,000 employees worldwide. In 2013, Yair Co-founded and served as a board member of Sanara Ventures, a healthcare focused start-up incubator backed by Philips and Teva Pharmaceuticals, where he oversaw investments and supported the creation of 13 healthcare startups. Previously, Mr. Briman served as Vice President of R&D at Gigaspaces and as global manager of software development for Intel.
